Vendor Information and Rules

​

You may reserve your space (10x10, 10x20 or 10x30) by completing the registration form along with your registration fee. The registration fee is contingent upon the space you choose. Registration fees begin at $35 for a 10x10 space, $70 for a 10x20 space, and $105 for 10x30 a space.

Your space will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration form and fee. The registration deadline is March 23, 2023. If you have any questions, please call Meaghan Workman (803) 280-5424, Pastor Anthony (803) 554-2247, or email questions to rbcmarketevents@gmail.com.

Restrictions and Requirements:

• You may set-up your space between 7:00am-8:30am on Saturday, the day of the event. All vendors are responsible for their own set-up, tear down, and clean up. We ask that you do not begin your tear down prior to 2:00pm on Saturday.

• Collection and payment of all sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.

• The $35 registration fee is the responsibility of the vendor to Roddey Baptist Church. There is NO percentage reimbursement.

• All enterprises in general and specific items offered for purchase must be acceptable for display and sale at a church vendor market. Roddey Baptist Church reserves the right to refuse to provide space to vendors intending to sell unacceptable merchandise and/or services, or those deemed in violation of the Social Principals of the Southern Baptist Association.
